I can't seem to make a good design for my dragsona. So I am asking you guys to see if you could make a good one.

Rules:
1. Please do not copy someone else's design.
2. Be creative.
3. Do not steal the lineart. It is not for you to use. It is contest only.
4. You may give the picture a background. But It doesn't help you win.

*I love the color blue
*I like tropical colors best. (like green, yellow, blue, ect)
*I am a big fan of bright colors. (just not burn your retina bright.)
*I find runes cool.
